THIS INCLUDES YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. YOU SHOULD NOT REGISTER WITH THE "TE DIRECTORY" FOR THE "SEARCHABLE DATABASE" ON THIS SITE IF YOU ARE A MINOR UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN. You may choose to submit information about yourself or your organization for the Site's "TE Directory" by accessing "TE Directory." YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND, AND BY PROVIDING SUCH INFORMATION, THEREBY AGREE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU WILL BE POSTED TO THE PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE "SEARCHABLE DATABASE" THAT IS VIEWABLE THROUGH THIS SITE. YOU SHOULD ALSO UNDERSTAND, AND THROUGH THE SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF OR YOUR ORGANIZATION THROUGH "TE DIRECTORY," THEREBY AGREE, THAT YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY IN THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.
You understand and hereby agree that PTEI may exercise its sole discretion in determining what content is displayed at the Site including, but not limited to, organizational or individual descriptive information submitted to the "TE Directory" for the "Searchable Database."
PTEI may, at its discretion, share information contained in its "TE Directory" and "Searchable Database" with third parties in the furtherance of the Tissue Engineering field.
Information provided to PTEI through "Contact Us," is not included in the publicly accessible searchable database on this Site. However, as explained in the "Security" section below, no personal medical information or data should be transmitted to or through this site.
From time to time, the Site may afford you the opportunity to submit comments, ideas, and other information that is to be shared with PTEI or other Users of the Site. PTEI may use IP addresses to gather non-personally identifiable or aggregate information, such as how many users visited a certain part of the Site, but not to track a specific IP address or the identity of an individual user.
2. Use of Information; Opting Out.
After you have submitted information to "TE Directory" for the "Searchable Database," you may later choose to have it removed by sending an email to webmaster@ptei.org.
3. Access to Your Personally Identifiable Information; Your Ability to Correct.
To correct your personal or organization's information in the "TE Directory" and "Searchable Database," you can submit another profile form found on the "TE Directory".

The Site provides links to Third-Party web sites that are not under our control. If you click on a live (external) link for more information about Third-Party web sites, a new browser window may open, and you may be transported to one of these Third-Party web sites.
